ODESSA, TX (THECOUNT) — Texas man, Money Joe Belcher, has been identified as the victim found burned to death in a late July, Avenue L, brush fire in Odessa.
Belcher, 33, is the victim of foul play, say Ector County Sheriff’s detectives, who discovered his body in a brush fire at 5:30 a.m. on July 29.
An officer spotted a brush fire in the area of Ave. L just south of 8th St. at the time. source
The investigation is ongoing and autopsy results are still pending.
