OK Woman Michele Gentry Identified As Newkirk Homicide Victim Suspect Arrested Murder 1

NEWKIRK, OK. (THECOUNT) — Authorities have identified Oklahoma woman, Michele Gentry, 53, of Ponca, as the victim of a Newkirk homicide Saturday.

Police say, a call was received around 3 p.m. on Saturday telling 911 dispatchers that a woman who had been assaulted and was not responsive in Kay County.

Sunday, authorities arrested, Brock Ryan Wilkins, (pictured above,) on a first-degree murder complaint related to Gentry’s death.

Although her exact cause of death has not been released, officials say she died as a result of foul play.
