BELLBROOK, OH. (THECOUNT) — Federal investigators are searching an Ohio park in connection to a missing person case involving Chelsey Coe.
Coe, 26, is the subject of a large search at Sugarcreek MetroPark, located in Bellbrook Ohio, which will be closed “for days” in connection to the investigation, officials said.
Officials with the FBI — who are searching the park along with Miamisburg police — confirm that the investigation is in connection to missing person Chelsey Coe. Coe was 26 when she was reported missing in August 2017. source
Coe’s disappearance may be connected to a string of missing person cases in the area, with four other women vanishing within a 30-mile radius in southeast Ohio between Dayton and Cincinnati in 2017.
Most of the missing women are from the Middletown area.
