DOVER, PA. (THECOUNT) — Emily Reeser has been identified by the York County Coroner’s Office as the Thomasville woman killed in a Dover, PA, single-vehicle crash Friday night.
Reeser, 55, was operating a vehicle near Lewisberry Road & Jug Road in Dover, when she lost control and exited the roadway for an unknown reason.
The coroner’s office said Resser died when she lost control of her vehicle on Lewisberry Road near Jug Road around 5:45 p.m. It was reported that she was swerving for some time before catching the guide rail, crashing, and coming to a rest down an embankment near trees. source
An accident reported noted that Resser was not wearing a safety harness at the time of the crash and was ejected from the vehicle.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
An investigation into the cause of the crash is ongoing.
