LOUISVILLE, Ky. (THECOUNT) — Declan McAuley and Ariadne McAuley, owners of Fleur-De-Lis Ballet Academy, in Louisville, KY., were arrested and charged with sexually abusing a 17-year-old girl who was a student and part-time employee at the school.
According to arrest warrants, the McAuleys engaged in sex acts with the victim, alone and together, on at least seven occasions at their Crestwood home.
Police say the couple also had sexual relations with each other as the victim watched.
Police say the victim was a 17-year-old girl who was employed at the Fleur-De-Lis Ballet Academy, located in Louisville. She was also a student there. According to police, the studio is owned and operated by 54-year-old Declan McAuley and 35-year-old Ariadne McAuley. source
Police say the arrested warrants were issued for the couple after the victim admitted the abuse occurred during an interview.
Images of the allegedly victim sleeping unclothed were later found on Declan McAuley’s cell phone.
The McAuleys were arrested and charged with first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree engaging in an unlawful transaction with a minor.
They are currently being held in the Oldham County Detention Center.
