TOLEDO, OH. — (THECOUNT) Timothy McCollum has been named as the Ohio man found shot Saturday inside a Toledo vehicle.
Toledo Police are now investigating the shooting as a homicide after they responded to reports of a car that struck a tree near Walnut St, & N. Erie St, Toledo, OH.
Police said, after responding to reports of a car wreck at about 11:40PM, they found McCollum, 30, suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
McCollum was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead from his injuries.
Police are urging anyone with information on the murder to contact 911 immediately.
