VIRGINIA (THECOUNT) – The man arrested after leading police on a pursuit while driving a stolen armored personnel vehicle, is in police custody, according to Virginia State Police.
Joshua Philip Yabut, 29, of Richmond, has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs, felony eluding and a felony count of unauthorized of a vehicle.
“As of 9:40 p.m., the driver of the armored personnel carrier had stopped the vehicle and surrendered to Virginia State Police. The vehicle stopped at East Broad Street and 11th Street in the City of Richmond,” said a State Police spokesperson.

Officers were in pursuit of a ‘Armored Personnel Carrier’ in Richmond Tuesday night.
According to local media, the stolen vehicle was traveling through the Dinwiddie area.
The armored vehicle is not believed to be equipped with any weapons.
No injuries have been reported. source
