Janice Haley has been identified by Virginia State Police as the victim in a fatal crash that occurred on U.S. 220 in Franklin, Virginia, Wednesday.
Haley, 28, was operating a 2001 Saturn L200 just south of Route 693 in Franklin County when the vehicle left the roadway, crossed the median and struck a 2005 Ford pickup truck.
She was pronounced dead at the scene.
