Darion Harris, 29, and Ashley James, 28, have been identified as the people who died from their injuries in the shooting outside Rick’s Jazz Lab nightclub early Saturday morning.
One person has been arrested on two preliminary charges of murder in connection to a weekend shooting at popular jazz music club, according to Dayton police.
Investigators did not release the identity of the suspect they’ve taken into custody.
