We found this Craigslist rental property in Palo Alto California trending on social media, apparently trending because so many interested people were visiting the ad.

For comparison, in Las Vegas Nevada you can score a nice, two bedroom, two bath home in a gated community for around $1500. But what does that same $1,500 by you in Palo Alto California? Can you say cracker box?

The ad itself describes the living area as “small for one person.”
