Local news video from the scene showed a four-door sedan that appeared to nearly split the car in half.

The crash happened at county roads 439 and 42 in Lake County at 11:45 a.m., deputies said.

The 37-year-old driver of the fire truck saw the car veering and was slowing down, but did not stop in time to prevent the engine from hitting the left side of the car, troopers said. The firefighters were not responding to a call at the time of the crash. Weber was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash and a 26-year-old male passenger was airlifted to Central Florida Regional Hospital, officials said. source

My family has been broken and I didn’t like it but maybe people should wise up so that so many bad things don’t happen. And I understand how you, being a master of the obvious, would write that.

Funny how often we read that the people who died or were murdered in a horrible way we’re all the nicest people in the world would give you the shirt off their back. Well, maybe they were too nice. And being too nice made the naive and vulnerable. Stop being so damn nice and stay alive for yourself and your loved ones.

You should be ashamed of yourself. How would you like it if that was your son’s picture and your family broken

What parent doesn’t think their child is the greatest on the planet? Personally I teach my son to stay away from homeless people because they are like pigeons. The more you feed them the more show up.
My younger brother died young as well and it was a similar situation, hanging out with irresponsible people, and trying to punch above his weight.
He was murdered for his trouble.
My parents joined the Compassionate Friends organization. You might want to look them up. S happens. Did she have life insurance or are you living in the fairytale world where nothing bad ever happens? Costs a lot to give somebody a good send-off.

The ADULT her father and I entrusted her safety to, allowed her to drive. You did not know our daughter, she was bright, loving, and full of life. If she saw you on the street with your hand out, she would have given you anything she had to give. Your insensitivity is absurd. I’m sure you have NEVER made a mistake in your life though. Well, I’m far from perfect and my daughter was not either. She was a teen who made a mistake. This time, she lost her life. A life she loved, and a family she adored misses her. I will pray for you, because she would want me to. Anyone else here or on any of these blogs who feels the need to spew their poison, think about us. We lost a daughter, her siblings lost a sister. We are in agony over this tragedy. Richard Miranda was responsible for her death. If you want to tear someone apart, he’s the one. Not our daughter.

She looks like a real genius. Who let her drive?
