Ga Woman Stabbed To Death In Fight Identified Arlington Woman In Custody

A fight between two women ended with Lashonda “Pebbles” Reid, being stabbed to death, and the woman suspected of the stabbing being arrested.

Tuesday morning, Reid, who was 47, was killed about 2:00 a.m., and Arlington woman, Australia Tammy Martin, 42, was taken into custody, Said Arlington Police Chief Donnell Bryant.

The incident occurred at 18349 Morgan Road, Apartment 3, in Arlington, when an altercation took place between the two women.

The GBI said that Reid was found dead outside her residence, with multiple sharp force trauma wounds. Her body will be sent to the GBI Crime Lab where an autopsy will be performed. source

Martin has been charged with one count of Felony Murder, and one count of Aggravated Assault, and was booked into the Calhoun Co. Jail.
