Country music fans are mourning the death of rising singer, Abby Uecker, who was killed early Sunday morning. She was 25.
Uecker, aka, Abby Nicole, died after an accident at the Thayer County Fairgrounds where she had recently performed with her band.
According to local news sources, authorities responded to a report that a woman was injured near the racetrack while riding in a utility task vehicle (UTV). The victim was transported to Thayer County Health Services in Hebron where Abby Uecker, of Norfolk, was pronounced dead. An investigation is ongoing.source
In 2016, Abby recorded her first EP and released her first single, “Cool.” Since the song’s release she had the honor of sharing the stage with country stars Kip Moore, Clare Dunn, Chase Bryant and Kane Brown.
