Fyre Festival concert promoter Billy McFarland, the man behind the disastrous concert held in the Bahamas, has been arrested by the feds Friday night. Rapper Ja Rule, has not yet been charged.
McFarland will be arraigned in Manhattan federal court on Saturday on a charge of wire fraud, which carries a maximum penalty of 20 years.

The festival, held last April, was organized by the 25-year-old McFarland and Rapper Ja Rule, who was not charged. The men convinced well-to-do millennials and other music lovers to shell out thousands of dollars for tickets based on promises of meeting models and enjoying musical acts like Migos, Lil Yachty and Blink-182.
But dozens of festival-goers have since sued Ja Rule and McFarland, saying that instead of models and celebrities they were treated to bare bones food and accommodation, including FEMA tents.
