Authorities have arrested one of two men who are facing charges after an 18-year-old Broken Arrow , OK., man was shot in the neck during an altercation outside of an apartment complex. Police caught up with Noah Robinson Wayne McCarty and arrested him Thursday night.
Another suspect is still on the loose in the case, Noah Alexander Herdon, 18, aka Noah Herdon, is actively being sought by police. The photo below is believed to he Herdon, however, this has not been confirmed by law enforcement officials.
Police say the unidentified victim was chased by two men, who assaulted him and fired shots before running off. The victim is expected to survive, but could have lifelong, debilitating injuries.
The incident is believed to be related to a confrontation from a few days ago.
McCarty, (pictured below,) and Herdon face charges of shooting with intent to kill, assault with a deadly weapon and attempted robbery.
