Jacob Schwartz Manhattan Young Democrats Prez BUSTED For Child Porn

VIA: Jacob Schwartz, city employee and president of the Manhattan Young Democrats is under arrest on child porn charges involving thousands of images of young girls, officials said Friday.

Schwartz, 29, surrendered to authorities Thursday to face charges of possession of a sexual performance by a child and promoting a sexual performance by a child.

Schwartz works as a computer analyst for the city Department of Design and Construction, where he heads the agency’s “Build It Back” Hurricane Sandy recovery and resiliency program, according to his online biography.

Detectives from the NYPD Computer Crimes division began investigating him about two months ago, officials said.

In late March, Schwartz surrendered his laptop, where authorities found more than 3,000 images and 89 videos depicting girls as young as 6 months old performing sex acts on adult men.

The oldest girl in the images and videos was 16, officials said.
