Was that an Earthquake in Summerville? Not so fast! The earthshaking boom was actually a propane tank inside a U-Haul truck that exploded Wednesday, causing residents nearby to think there was another earthquake in the area.
The incident happened near the Waffle House in the Publix shopping center near Orangeburg Road and Central Avenue.
Witnesses said the propane tank was attached to a grill in the moving truck.
