Delonte West, the former NBA star who was sadly diagnosed as Bipolar in 2008, was spotted by a fan roaming a Houston area Jack In The Box parking lot – shoeless, wearing a hospital gown covered by a leather vest.
West, who raked in over $16 million while playing for Boston, Seattle, Cleveland and Dallas, was in the fast food parking lot without any shoes on his feet.
