60 DEAD In Paris Terror Attack 100 Hostages Taken

UPDATE: At least 100 people have reportedly been killed in the French concert hall. Paris has been rocked by a terror attack after in the heart of the city leaving at least 60 dead tonight. The dead were said to be attending a Eagles of Death Metal concert.

Two explosions were heard near the Stade de France sports stadium and a machine gun fire took place at the Paris Bataclan concert hall. Terrorists are said to be holding at least 100 people hostage. FRENCH LIVE STREAM ENGLISH LANGUAGE

It is thought that at least eleven died in the restaurant, close to where the Charlie Hebdo shootings occurred in January, while gunfire was also heard in other bars around the French capital. dailymail

Police have reported a ‘hostage taking situation’ in the Bataclan concert hall, in the 11th arrondissement. ‘We are all terrified, and have been told to get away as soon as possible,’ said Gilles Avel, a 19-year-old student who was enjoying a night out with friends close to the Bataclan, where an American band called the Eagles of Death Metal was playing.
