NYC staple, the NY Post, came down hard on 2015 MTV VMAs host Miley Cyrus, calling her “the most narcissistic award-show host ever.”
The Post took exception with Miley’s constant endorsement of marijuana use asking, “Can’t you at least wait until these kids are 18 to ruin their lives, Miley?”

The pop star’s performance as host of the MTV Video Music Awards went up in smoke Sunday night, as the 22-year-old spent three hours flaunting barely-there costumes, uncouth jokes and a never-ending endorsement of marijuana.
She then tried to best Ellen DeGeneres’ Oscar selfie with the help of a selfie stick and Rita Ora. “On the count of three, say ‘marijuana’!” she screamed in her raspy, smoke-damaged voice.
She also jokingly flirted with Justin Bieber following his emotional performance, which would have gone unnoticed if not for the fact that Bieber was sobbing onstage as she did it. So much for timing.
And throughout it all, there were the terrible, terrible outfits. Each time the screen cut to Miley, she was wearing some new creation that looked like she’d bedazzled a shower curtain. With her naughty bits barely covered, she turned the entire event into a spectacle. h/t NYPost
