The oldest meteor shower known to mankind, called the “Perseids,” an annual meteor shower radiating from a point in the constellation Perseus is peaking at around 4 a.m., eastern, 1 a.m pacific time tonight. A NASA expert broke it down this way, “because the moon is “almost new,” there won’t be any moonlight to ‘mess with the show.'”
