END UPDATE* In what may indicate a jury death penalty hold out, jurors in the James Holmes Aurora theater shooting trial asked to review the graphic crime scene video taken inside the theater after the shooting.
The judge agreed to let the jury watch the disturbing video, however saying they could view it only once before handing down their verdict.
The same jury convicted Holmes on July 16 of two counts of first-degree murder for each of the 12 victims in the July 20, 2012 attack. That made him eligible for the death penalty.
