The boat belonging to two teenage boys who vanished from Jupiter, Florida, has been located more than 100 miles north, off the coast of central Florida.

Austin Stephanos‘ family confirmed the boat had been found Sunday afternoon, but that Stephanos, 14, and his friend, 14-year-old Perry Cohen, were not on-board.

The U.S. Coast Guard said the boat was found 67 miles east of the Ponce de Leon Inlet near Cape Canaveral. That inlet is located 185 miles north of the Jupiter Inlet, where the boys originally went missing.

They were last seen around 1:30 p.m. Friday, after purchasing $110 worth of fuel. h/t nbcmiami

NFL legend Joe Namath joined the families of the boys at a press conference Sunday, where they appealed to the public for help. Namath is the neighbor of one of the families.
