A San Luis Obispo man is lucky he was not more seriously injured after getting his shirt sleeve entangled in a running meat grinder.
The supermarket employee was trying to dislodge a piece of meat that appeared to be caught in a meat grinder hopper at a San Luis Obispo grocer.
Authorities say the worker’s sleeve was being pulled into the machine when a coworker heard his cries and shut down the machine.
The man was seconds away from losing his limbs and suffering potentially fatal injuries.
The fire department had to pry the machine open to get him out. He suffered a broken arm. h/t myfoxchicago
