It’s been almost 13 years since Elizabeth Smart was kidnapped in a Utah suburb. At that time she was 14.
Flash forward to today and Smart is all grown up and she’s a new mom, giving birth to a baby girl, Chloe, 3 months ago, her father revealed in a recent interview.

Smart was held captive for nine months, she has been living outside the spotlight, even having a child without one picture or headline until her father revealed the birth to the East Idaho News. NBC’s Jacob Rascon reports.
