Kaci Hickox, the nurse held in quarantine over Ebola is planning to file a federal lawsuit to challenge her confinement as a violation of her civil rights.
Hickox broke the news via her lawyer on Sunday.
Norman Siegel, a well-known civil rights lawyer, said that Kaci Hickox’s confinement after she returned from West Africa raised “serious constitutional and civil liberties issues,” given that she remains asymptomatic and has not tested positive for Ebola.“We’re not going to dispute that the government has, under certain circumstances, the right to issue a quarantine,” he said. “The policy is overly broad when applied to her.”

Is this woman crazy. If she has Ebola or didn't go past the incubation period were she is doned safe to be in public and she's threatening or trying to go in public.....She could be threatening the lives of who knows how many people, please tell she's a comedian and this is a joke because if this is not a joke, prosecute this stupid bitch and add up the charges and give her a jail term not less than 5 years or more for attempt murder, inciting or conspiracy to causing a epidemic.
