The former “Genie in a Bottle” judge from “The Voice” is now flaunting a new look (but nothing we haven’t seen before) that has her body saying “thank you God I’m back!”
Not too long ago, Christina Aguilera was picking up a lot of weight and that was clearly evident during her last season on “The Voice” and ALSO when she performed at a Michael Jackson tribute in 2011.
No one could quite make out what was going on with her because she has always been petite in size but there was a time when the Daily News reported her saying in a Billboard story that she “… got tired of being a skinny, white girl.”
Well, whatever the case may be we like Aguilera back to the older version of herself.
The songstress experienced a weight change after a devastating and emotional divorce in 2011. However, that wasn’t the only problem affecting her weight gain.
Aguilera admits to indulging into bad food habits, sugar being one of the culprits.
According to Examiner.com, friends told US Weekly that she’s been working with fitness trainer, Tee Sorge, practicing yoga and doing less cardio.
However, working on her health is not the only thing this songbird is committed to. She now is leaving the past behind and working on a new attitude.
ABC News reported: “At this point in my life, I’m 32, and I feel sexier than ever,” she said, while discussing her recent Maxim magazine photoshoot. “It was all about appreciating the woman that I’ve become and effortless sexy. Not trying too hard.”
Thank god she has made a turn around because we couldn’t take not one more day of her attitude, excessive drinking and lyrical mishaps to the National Anthem.
Good for you Xtina!
