Hayden Panettiere arrived for her appearance on the Late Show with David Letterman looking, well, looking like Nicki Minaj! Right down to the super blonde hair and red shoes! 
If I were Panettiere, I would be looking for a new stylist because the Nashville actor stepped out in the EXACT outfit Minaj donned for a recent red carpet..

Panettiere also debuted her new blonde bangs.. Not to be a naysayer, but, I liked it WAY better curly..
