Gregory G. Rodriguez, 43, the host of “A Rifleman’s Journal” on the Sportsman Channel was shot and killed while he visited the gunman’s wife, police said Friday. The gunman, Wayne Bengston, 41, killed the host and then beat his wife, dropped off his 2-year-old son at a relative’s house and drove to his home about 25 miles and killed himself, police said.
Mr. Bengston’s wife told the police that Mr. Rodriguez was in town on business and was visiting her at her mother’s house in Whitefish on Thursday when her husband showed up. Mr. Rodriguez was also the founder and chief executive of Global Adventure Outfitters. Source.
