Tanning Mom ended up getting her day in the sun… She was an ex-model for the love of god! Now after being in hot water for a while, a grand jury has refused to indict her on charges she forced her child into a tanning bed.

The ordeal was brought about after the overly-tan single mother allegedly forced her 5-year-old daughter into a tanning bed.

Tanning Mom — real name Patricia Krentcil – had been arrested on suspicion of violating New Jersey’s child endangerment laws … which bans children under the age of 14 from using tanning salons. 

Krentcil had denied ever bringing the kid into the tanning bed … claiming the burn marks on her daughter’s legs came from the sun … on a really warm day. 

The case went to a grand jury … which decided there was not enough evidence to convict the 44-year-old trainwreck of a crime … and now the case against her is dead.
