• Yea, it isn't like the prosecutor doesn't believe this trial is about an innocent guy who was murdered [nearly decapitated] in cold blood...or anything. I mean, who would expect Juan Martinez to exhibit anger about such a thing? Unheard of. *eyeroll*

• So does the prosecutor? He talks to everyone like they're a piece of s**t!

• the D.A ask her did u take this picture of dead Travis in the shower she said yes ok show us where u was standing she did not take the photo.

• I admit feeling a bit sorry for her at this point...

• all she doing is liaring look at today when JM a jodi was going back and fouth. when Jm was walking too side bar she was smiling.

• Jodi also acts like she is smarter than everyone....Do you think the Jury is seeing this, and do you think this only helps the Prosecution?

• Question to HLN...........Do you think that the Defense Atty's advised Jodi to say she doesn't remember anything, so they cannot get a definitive answer from her to help her get away with this murder?

• Look at my picture and you see me smiling and I didn't kill anyone. Jodi keeps on smiling like everything is a joke, she makes me sick! I want to throw up just watching her....I wonder what the Jury thinks of her smiling at everything?

• A friend of Travis's side on HLN las night that he was a member of the NRA and took Travis to target practice less than a week before he was killed and he had to loan him a gun meaning Travis did not have a gun in his closet, she took that gun from her grandparent. Also, she called the Gus guy at 3:00 AM on June 5th crying and told him Travis was dead. I hope these things come out in the cross X.
