A very naughty mother and her live-in boyfriend have been arrested after they shaved her 12-year-old daughter’s head and made her pick up trash in the street while wearing nothing but a diaper and a tank top.
Stephanie Broten, 38, and 34-year-old Darnell Landrum, became upset after learning of their daughter’s bad grades so rather than grounding the kid, mom and the boyfriend completely shaved the girl’s head and forced her to wear a diaper. The youngster was then humiliated as she was locked outside her home and commanded to pick up garbage in the gutter, as a crowd of over 50 people gathered.

The bad authority figures have been arrested and charged with gross misdemeanor malicious punishment of a child. Cops received a 911 call about a young girl crying hysterically in the street. The couple told police they were punishing the girl for not bringing home good grades from school and for failing to do her homework. “They told her if she didn’t, they would shave her head and put her on ‘diaper duty’, which I guess meant,” running up and down the street and cleaning up trash as a form of public humiliation. The cop admitted, “Through the whole contact, and even on the way to jail, both were laughing and thinking it was ridiculous police would get involved in what they said was their parental decision.”
