Mark Wahlberg was another person who was ‘supposed’ to be on one of the 2 planes that hit the twin towers back in 2001. Wahlberg never got on those planes, as he took a private jet instead, a week before the incident.
Wahlberg just did an interview with Men’s Journal, and he expressed his thoughts about ‘what would have happened on that plane if he were there’. He basically says he would have kicked those hijackers asses, and we believe him! He’s ripped!
He told the magazine, “If I was on that plane with my kids, it wouldn’t have went down like it did — there would have been a lot of blood in that first-class cabin and then me saying, ‘OK, we’re going to land somewhere safely, don’t worry.’”
Then he later retracted his statement, and said he was sorry for being so brutal. Wahlberg said to TMZ, “To suggest I would have done anything differently than the passengers on that plane was irresponsible. To speculate about such a situation is ridiculous to begin with.”
Another celeb who spared that flight was Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane. McFarland said he was late to the airport and simply missed that flight.
