In a new interview with Self magazine, Beyonce reveals that whenever she hears “Single Ladies”, she gets the uncontrollable urge to mimic the choreography.
“I can’t stop seeing the choreography when I hear it,” she says in the June issue. “My foot just starts doing the steps. It’s so embarrassing. I don’t want people to think I’m dancing to my own song, but I can’t help it.”
Don’t worry Beyonce, that song is as infectious as the swine flu. Sadly, when I think about the “Single Ladies” song I see Hollywood’s most prominent manboys in leotards and black heels, or “thick” ladies on Youtube simulating the music video. When I think of the “Single Ladies” song, I throw a coin in a fountain and make a wish that it would be 2012 already.
