700 Apply for Single Job- Janitor

Canton, Ohio has its share of economic troubles, but those troubles were punctuated as 700 people applied for a single job, the janitorial position at a local Junior High School.

Officials also say, most people who have applied have lost their previous job due to cutbacks. “A lot of people have their stories when they come in. It’s heart-wrenching,” said Superintendent John Richard.
