In what may be the final chapter of Anna Nicole Smith’s life, a Houston appeals court ruled Smith would receive none her husband’s billions. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court said J. Howard Marshall was mentally fit and under no pressure when he signed a will leaving $1.6 billion to his son, E. Pierce Marshall.
It has been 15 years since Smith said her husband promised her more than $300 million, although Smith had no documentation to serve as proof of that statement. The case outlived both Elder Marshall and Smith.
A lawyer for Smith’s estate said they would appeal this ruling on different issues in the future.

A couple weeks ago, Los Angeles prosecutors had charged Michael Jackson’s late physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, with involuntary manslaughter. Murray pleaded not guilty to the charge, but he admitted giving Michael the powerful anesthetic “Propofol” as a sleep aid on the day Michael died.
Since that hearing, Michael’s father Joe Jackson has not been satisfied with the outcome. He wants to dig deeper into this case…he believes there is more than meets the eye.
Back in court Friday morning, a Los Angeles judge just granted Joe Jackson permission to obtain his son Michael Jackson’s medical records. But the catch is that Joe nor the public will be able to see the documents. Judge Mitchell Beckloff stated that only a hired ‘medical expert’ could view the documents for Joe.
After viewing the documents, reports say that Joe will then decide whether or not to take further legal action against Dr. Conrad Murray, who was the Doctor with Michael the time of his death.

Reeves is ready to address a child support lawsuit filed by 46-yeard-old Karen Sala, who claims that Reeves is the father of any of her four adult children. She wants $150,000 a month as well as retroactive pay. In the words of Keanu, whoa.
But Reeves is stepping up. The actor has agreed to take a DNA test to prove that he is not the father of Sala’s children. Meanwhile, Sala is saying that he case isn’t about money or character assassination but about “closure and getting some peace. This is a personal journey.” Oh, and money too. Things are really heating up at Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan’s divorce hearings. TMZ reports The Hulkster is claiming his ex-wife is spending her temporary alimony cash on drugs. He’s even got witnesses testifying on his behalf.
A hairdresser claims Linda is cashing her checks for buying pot and painkillers. Also, a truck driver claimed he saw Linda doing coke. These people are under oath and speaking to a judge. Yikes!

In a shocking turn of events a lady named Karen Sala, 46, claims she’s childhood friends with the “Matrix” star and that he is the father of her 4 grown-up children! She is taking Reeves to court and demanding that he undergo a DNA test to prove he’s her kids’ dad. Karen is hoping to land $3 million a month in spousal support and another $150,000 in child support.
Sala, who is representing herself in the lawsuit, (looney tunes) claims she has been trying to settle the matter “privately” with Reeves over the years.
Neo has lashed out at his accuser via spokesperson.
“Karen Sala’s allegations are completely false and absurd. Mr. Reeves has no knowledge of who she is.”
The Bill and Ted actor’s business manager warns the media not to get all worked up about Karen’s absurd claim, he adds, “Before you disparage my client and lend validity to this, there’s clearly something wrong with someone who claims child support after all the kids have grown. Britney Spears’ ex-manager, Sam Lutfi, who was issued a permanent restraining order against Britney and her family until 2012, may be forced to pay Britney’s legal bills! Britney’s lawyers asked a Los Angeles court last Friday to make Lutfi pay $123,142 in legal fees for the “courtroom battle over the restraining order,” according to People.com [Lutfi can't even afford his rent!].
“In addition, her lawyers are seeking $129,922 from Jon Eardley, an attorney who has challenged Jamie Spears’s control over his daughter, and $72,292 from her ex-boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Both Eardley and Ghalib were also ordered to stay away from the pop star.” The judge has not yet agreed to the request.

Virgin records, also known as EMI Records, put a lawsuit on Jared Leto’s band 30 Seconds to Mars for $30 Million!
Why?! Apparently, one rumor was that the band did not put out enough records as fast as Virgin wanted them produced. The other rumor which is the TRUTH, is that the band signed a 9 year contract with Virgin, which happens to be illegal because California law states you can only sign a contract for 7 years, not 9 years. These long contracts are normal with the majority of hot artists’ record deals. Well, in the last year, the band was trying to terminate their contract with Virgin for a few legit reasons. First, 9 years should have been 7 years. Second, The band has not received a single penny for selling 2 million records. Third, the band is somehow in $1.4 Million of debt for unknown reasons, which is owed to Virgin. The band is wondering if their next record will rake in enough money to pay off their unknown million dollars of debt?? Will Virgin take the money again?
This battle between 30 Secs to Mars and Virgin has been boiling for the last year. Within this time, the band has been working on a new record even featuring artist Kanye West. The band is really excited and said they have been “putting our hearts, hopes, and dreams into making a record that means absolutely everything to us.”
With all that the band has been through with Virgin Records along the way to their success, fame and notoriety, the band and Virgin Recs decided to call a truce rather than proceeding with the $30 Million lawsuit. Rihanna had borrowed jewelry from 4 different jewelry companies for the night of the pre-Grammy awards, which happened to be the same night she was beaten by Chris Brown. The LAPD withheld the jewelry for evidence purposes. The companies want their bling back!
A couple weeks ago, Rihanna and her attorney filed a ‘motion’ to have the Los Angeles Police return the jewelry. The jewelry was being held captive for evidence and observation for the ‘Chris Brown beating Rihanna’ court case.
The court has now decided that they will take photographs of the jewelry for the case, rather than using the actual jewelry in the case.

Britney’s Dad, Jamie, was in court today. He basically wants to kill Sam Lufti and Adnan the Asshat. He requested restraining orders and has asked the court to extend them.
Jamie Spears claims the idiots bought Britney a separate cell phone so that they can call her and hatch a diabolical plan to use all of her money.
As much as Britney has been through, do we honestly think she’s that dumb to give any sort of money to these guys? I saw one blogger claim Sam was poisoning Britney’s biscuits. HA! Did Britney eat corn beef hash every day too?
