LEXINGTON COUNTY, SC. (THECOUNT) — Dr. Jim Raman, a former contestant of CBS reality show, The Amazing Race has died.

Raman, 42, an orthodontist, died on Monday, according to an obituary posted by the funeral home handing his arrangements.

TVFanatic is reporting that deputies attended Raman’s home he shared with his wife, Misti, on Tuesday morning where he was found dead.

Raman’s cause of death remains unclear.

However, a statement to USA Today from Lexington County Sheriff’s Department Capt. Adam Myrick said that “no one has been arrested or detained in connection with this (death) investigation.”

“We aren’t seeking any suspects or persons of interest as our work on the case continues.”

Jim appeared alongside his wife, Misti on The Amazing Race Season 25, which aired in 2014.

The company confirmed the news of Jim’s passing in a statement of its own:

Jim is survived by his kids, Lexi and Jimmy, and wife Misti.
