LOS ANGELES, CA. (THECOUNT) — Model Kim Porter, ex-girlfriend of Sean Combs and mother of four, has died.
TMZ broke the news Thursday, reporting that help rushed to Porter’s LA home after receiving a call about a patient in cardiac arrest.

Porter had reportedly been suffering from pneumonia for several weeks, but her cause of death is still unclear. Porter’s rep, Cindi Berger, confirmed her death in a statement to TMZ: “Sadly, I can confirm the passing of Kim Porter. I ask that you give the families privacy at this time.” source
The model and actress had three children with Combs: son Christian and twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila Star, 11. She is also survived by her son, actor Quincy brown, from her previous relationship with singer Al B. Sure!.
