CLEVELAND, TN. (THECOUNT) — A disturbing event is unfolding after a Cleveland, Tennessee, daycare center apparently collapsed due to a growing sinkhole.
Reports from the scene say, there were children inside the Westside Christian Academy at the time of the incident. All were able to escape to safety.

Authorities in Cleveland are investigating after a sinkhole caused part of the daycare building’s foundation to collapse.

Cleveland-Bradley County EMA says all children managed to get safely out of the building. They are now at the Tennova Westside building next door. A text alert advises parents to pick up their children there.
