Investigators say suspect’s vehicle was a 1990-1995 Chevy Astro Van or GMC Safari of an unknown color. The vehicle will have heavy front end damage, including on the hood and windshield.

Gooch was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition. He died Friday morning, a spokesperson with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said. Officers with Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department could not find Gooch’s bicycle at the scene. Police believe the bicycle was either stuck to the suspect’s vehicle, or somebody stopped to pick it up. source
