Hunter Biden, son of former Vice President, Joe Biden, is demanding his estranged wife, Kathleen Biden, turn over any and all incriminating evidence against herself as proof she cheated on him. The move comes as another bombshell in the bitter divorce.

Hunter, 47, recently made headlines after it was revealed he was in a “relationship” with Hallie Biden, the widow of Beau Biden, his brother who died in May of 2015. Hunter’s holdings as it’s related to his net worth are not listed publicly however, his father, Joe Biden’s net worth is reported at $900 thousand dollars.

Kathleen claimed in divorce docs that Hunter was frequently engaged with prostitutes and “other women.” And now, in newly filed legal docs, Hunter is asking Kathleen to turn over “letters, cards, notes and emails between you and any person that you had a romantic or sexual relationship with other than your husband during the marriage,” reports tmz.

Kathleen reportedly insisted Hunter leave the family home after she claims he repeated conduct that endangered their children. The couple has three kids together.

Hunter was discharged from the NAVY over cocaine use. He was commissioned as an ensign in May 2013 and assigned as a public affairs officer in a Norfolk, Virginia-based reserve unit. A month later, he tested positive for cocaine, and he was discharged in February. U.S. officials claimed the Navy never had contact with then-vice president Joe Biden’s office over the issue, and that standard procedure for failed drug tests is administrative discharge. The vice president’s office didn’t comment on the report at the time.

Hunter later released at statement on the incident:

“It was the honor of my life to serve in the U.S. Navy, and I deeply regret and am embarrassed that my actions led to my administrative discharge. I respect the Navy’s decision. With the love and support of my family, I’m moving forward,” he said.

Joe Biden has publicly condoned Hunter’s relationship with Hallie, the widow of his son Beau, who died less than two years ago. “We are all lucky that Hunter and Hallie found each other as they were putting their lives together,” Joe and his wife Jill Biden said in a recent statement.
