NASHVILLE, TN. (THECOUNT) — Savannah Stair, 28, of Nashville, has been identified as the woman killed Friday night when the Toyota 4Runner she was driving ran off the roadway, struck a curb and overturned in Nashville, according to Metro Nashville Police.
The fatal crash occurred at approximately 11 p.m. on Great Circle Road, police said.

According to the preliminary investigation, Stair was driving the 4Runner when it ran off the road while traveling through a curve. The vehicle then struck a curb and overturned.
Stair was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center following the crash. She later died from her injuries, according to MNPD.
Police said there were no indications of impairment at the scene.
MNPD has not released additional information about what caused the vehicle to leave the roadway. The preliminary investigation also did not indicate that another vehicle was involved.
The circumstances surrounding the rollover remained under investigation as authorities worked to establish the events leading up to the crash.
Great Circle Road is located in Nashville, Tennessee’s capital and largest city. The roadway runs through the northern portion of the Nashville area and connects with major routes serving the city and surrounding communities.
Stair’s death marks a fatal late-night crash being investigated by Metro Nashville Police. No additional information regarding possible citations or other enforcement action had been released.
Great Circle Road is in the Nashville-Davidson metropolitan area of Middle Tennessee, approximately 10 miles north of downtown Nashville. Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where Stair was transported, is located south of downtown in the city’s Midtown area.
