BAY COUNTY, FL. (THCOUNT) — Steven Donn Kinney, of Panama City, Florida, has been identified as the victim in a Monday night fatal vehicle crash in Bay County.
Kinney, 33, was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Panama City Beach Monday night.

According to report, Kinney was operating a Toyota Highlander on Beach Road near Cobb Road in Panama City Beach, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle exited the roadway around 10:20 p.m. Monday. The vehicle the came into contact with a median and rolled over.
Kinney was transported to an area hospital where he was later pronounced dead of blunt force trauma injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
