MONROE COUNTY, MI. (THECOUNT) — Miles Duran Tripp, of Holland, Ohio, has been identified as the victim in a Wednesday morning fatal single-vehicle crash in Monroe County, Michigan.

“DJ Nuckles” Tripp, 30, was killed in a single-vehicle crash near Erie, Michigan early Wednesday.

According to reports, Tripp was operating a Chevrolet Traverse on Sterns Road near Suder Road in Erie, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited the roadway around 2:40 a.m. Wednesday. The vehicle then came into contact with a utility pole and a boat parked on a trailer.

Tripp was pronounced dead at the scene of blunt force trauma injuries.
