Moore is wanted on charges of first-degree murder in the death of Christian Mbimba, 21, of Nashville, Tennessee, on Sept. 3 in Greensboro. Police officers say they found Mbimba’s body in the street. He is also sought in the death of Gabryelle Allnutt, 29, in Charlotte on Monday.

Allnutt was visiting the Charlotte area after recently evacuating from the New Orleans area over hurricane Ike.

According to Allnutt’s social media, when Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana, she had to evacuate her home and went to Charlotte with a friend, seeking refuge. Police think Moore killed Allnutt at art studio Clayworks on Monroe Road in Charlotte, where she was living.

The cause of death of both women was not provided. Police added that Allnutt was not shot.

Police also connected Moore to two other crimes that happened in Charlotte around the time of the murder. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous.

Investigators said all of Moore’s victims were strangers.
