ROCKFORD, IL. (THECOUNT) — Lisa Freeze-Ruch, of Machesney Park, IL, has been identified as the victim killed in a single-vehicle crash in Rockford on Monday morning.
Ruch, 54, was killed in a single-vehicle crash on Lindstrom Road on Monday.

According to officials, Ruch was operating a vehicle around 8 a.m. in the 2600 block of Lindstrom Road, near Forest Hills Road, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed centerlines and exited to roadway. The vehicle then made contact with a substantial tree before coming to a rest.
Ruch was transported to an area hospital where she was later pronounced dead of injuries suffered in the crash.
According to social media, Ruch worked an an independent Sales representative at Norwex and a human resources generalist at PBC Linear.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
