CONOY TOWNSHIP, PA. (THECOUNT) — The body of Sarah Kunish was found Thursday afternoon in a wooded area near N Front St & Arch St, in Conoy Township, PA, according to reports.

Kunish was located dead three blocks from where she was last seen on Sunday night.

Police are still investigating Kunish’s death and did not provide a cause of death.

Susquehanna Regional Police said Kunish was last seen on Sunday night leaving her home on Race Street. Police also said a gun was missing from the home, reports WGAL.

On Wednesday, police organized a search party in the Bainbridge area, but did not find anything.

Kunish’s husband, Steven Knight, told local reporters that his wife was “suffering from depression.”

Officials provided no further information on the death.

The investigation is ongoing.
