CLEVELAND, OH. (THECOUNT) — Sheila Wallace has been identified as the victim in a Thursday night shooting in Cleveland, Ohio.
Wallace, 58, was found unresponsive while suffering from a head wound around 7 p.m. in the McGowan Park area Thursday night.

Officers responded to the area on calls of shots fired. Upon arrival, bystanders flagged down officers to the scene of an unresponsive woman suffering from a gunshot wound to the head.
Wallace was pronounced dead at the scene of gunshot injuries.
Officers learned that Wallace was found by witnesses walking in the area and that a small dog, determined to belong to her, was also found, according to Fox8.
The dog was not injured in the deadly shooting.
No one witnessing the actual shooting has been interviewed and no motive information was provided by officials.
The investigation is ongoing.
