BURLESON COUNTY, TX. (THECOUNT) — Missing Texas man, Russell James Ensey, from New Ulm, has been located dead Friday, according to the Burleson County Sheriff’s Office.
The body of Ensey, 24, was located in the area of FM 60E and FM 3058 in near Snook, TX.

He was reported missing on Wednesday around 1:30 p.m.
The Burleson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed Friday around 12:30 p.m. that Ensey’s body was found in an area off of FM 60E and FM 3058.
Family members said Ensey took off on foot after an argument with his fiancée, but they said it was uncharacteristic of him not to keep in contact with friends or family.
“I know my son,” said the victim’s mother. “He would not let me worry; I fear that something has happened.” source
Since Ensey was reported missing, friends, family and community members searched the area where he was last seen. Thursday morning, law enforcement officers joined in by bringing a K-9 unit and patrol cars to help with the search.
A cause of death was not provided by officials.
An autopsy has been ordered.
