Alabama State Police have named Angel Janea Nicole Warner, as the woman killed in a three-vehicle crash at 9:45 p.m., April 14, 2018. The incident injured another person.
Officials say 23-year-old Warner of Semmes was a passenger in a 2005 Ford driven by Terrance Waters of Mobile.

The 2005 Ford struck the bridge on Interstate 10 westbound at the 29.5 mile marker, about 5.5 miles west of Daphne and came to rest in the roadway. Warner was injured and later died when shortly afterward, a 2013 Toyota driven by Jack A. Monte of Daphne struck the 2005 Ford while disabled in the roadway. Warner was using a seat belt. Monte was injured and transported to USA Medical Center for treatment. A 2000 Peterbuilt [sic] truck, driven by Juan Garcia of Sarasota, Florida struck the side of the 2013 Toyota as it came to rest in the road. source
Although the circumstances surrounding the crash are still being investigated, heavy rain at the time of the crashes may be a contributing factor.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
